The newest popular neighborhood in San Francisco is South Beach, surrrounded by the Embarcadero and Bay Bridge. Once home to warehouses and dilapidated piers, storage centers, and lots, South Beach is now among the fanciest neighborhoods in San Francisco. Think the new Nob Hill of the 21st century.
